Follow these 5 tips and lose up to 2 pounds a day!!


1.when drinking only sip do not chug down your drink.


2. eat only one small meal a day.


3. nibble when you eat


4. smoke cigarettes or a vapor to keep your mind off food.


5. only eat at the end of the day or early in the morning never in the middle.
